How do I restore my purchases on a new device?
Open the app, go to your Profile, and tap "Restore Purchases". This will recover any active subscriptions or Mondstaub packs tied to your account.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Open the respective store settings, navigate to Subscriptions, and cancel from there.
How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen, open your Profile and tap "Change Password". A reset link will be sent to your registered email address.
How do I delete my account?
Go to your Profile and scroll down to "Delete Account". You will be asked to confirm. Deleting your account permanently removes all your listeners, characters, and saved stories.
My story generation isn't working. What should I do?
Check that you have sufficient Mondstaub balance. If the problem persists, try signing out and back in. If it still doesn't work, please contact us at support@traeumli.com with a brief description of the issue.
Is Träumli suitable for children to use directly?
Träumli is designed for parents and caregivers to create and read stories to their children. The account holder and primary user of the app is the adult.
