Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your Träumli account and all associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to request deletion and what happens to your data.
Delete from within the app
The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the Träumli app:
- Open the Träumli app and sign in.
- Go to your Profile.
- Scroll down and tap "Delete Account".
- Confirm when prompted. Your account and data are removed immediately.
Request deletion by email
If you no longer have the app installed, email us from the address tied to your account and we will delete it for you. We process these requests within 30 days.
- Email support@traeumli.com from your account email address.
- Use the subject line "Account deletion request".
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- Your account and email address
- Your listener profiles (names, age range, preferences)
- Your custom characters
- Your saved and generated stories
What may be retained
A limited amount of data may be kept after deletion:
- Purchase and transaction records we are legally required to retain for tax and accounting purposes.
- Residual copies in encrypted backups, which are purged within 90 days.
